Exhibiting at the ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference gives your company visibility in front of over 2,500 business leaders. This is an opportunity to build your company’s brand and generate awareness and sales of your products or services across the conference experience. 2026 BOOTH REGISTRATION

ICAN [a 501(c)(3)] events are non-political, non-religious and non-activist in nature. ICAN partners and exhibitors are respectfully expected to align in this nature for their conference participation.

2026 Exhibit Booth Options

8 ft. x 20 ft.

Standard – $899
Small Business/Small Non-Profit* – $599
>>>This booth size is highly encouraged for those with a larger retail buildout (i.e. grand displays, clothing racks, dressing rooms, large signage, etc.) as those items are not to extend into the open pathway and to allow ample space for traffic flow in and out of your booth.

8 ft. x 10 ft.

Standard – $699
Small Business/Small Non-Profit*– $499

Both exhibit booth sizes are welcome to do retail sales at their booth.

*ICAN qualifies a small business as having 50 employees or fewer

ICAN provides each Exhibitor Space with:

  • 8-foot back wall
  • 42-inch high draped sidewalls
  • One draped 8-foot table (A second table can be provided for the 8’x20′ booth size by request)
  • Two chairs
  • Two lunches for booth staff
  • One parking pass
  • One printed identification sign

In addition to your opportunity to leverage face-to-face conversations and exposure with women leaders.

Exhibitor load-in and set-up will be held on the afternoon of April 21, the day prior to the conference. On conference day (April 22) doors open at 7:30 a.m. for exhibit viewing, so you will need to be set up and ready by that time.

Booths must be registered by March 23 to participate in the 2026 conference.

Note: For conference partners that receive a booth as part of your sponsorship benefits, a representative from the conference team will be in touch to activate your 8’x20′ or 8’x10′ booth space upon submission of your partnership registration.
