When is the 2025 conference?

Details

The ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference will take place at the CHI Health Center Omaha on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m.

It will also be available on our virtual platform for those who register to attend virtually.

How much does the conference cost?

Pricing

Please visit our pricing page to view all in-person and virtual pricing options, including early bird pricing for in-person registrations before January 31.

We do offer reduced pricing for small business/small non-profits and students, as well as an opportunity to apply for a scholarship to attend. Scholarship applications will open in February and be due March 14.

Do I need to know who will use the tickets before I purchase a table?

Partnerships

No! Upon receipt of payment of your corporate block purchase — whether it be for in-person table(s) or a virtual block — the block owner will be issued a custom link to then be distributed to your identified registrants. They will use that link to claim their spot and register to attend as part of your block.

The individual making the table/block reservation will be prompted to indicate whether or not they will personally be attending so that we can allocate a spot in the block capacity for you, if necessary. Or, you can indicate you are just purchasing and organizing!

Do I need to sign up for breakout sessions in advance?

Details

No advance sign-up is required! You are welcome to attend the session of your choice on conference day. In-person sessions are first-come, first-served, so we encourage you to review the agenda and plan in advance.

Recordings of all breakout sessions be available for viewing during our 45-day on-demand access window after the conference.

What’s included with my in-person ticket?

Registration for the in-person conference ticket includes:

  • Breakfast and lunch are provided.

  • Special edition spiral bound printed conference program notebook and speaker handouts.
  • Continuing the Conversation Toolkit — now included free with your registration! A digital resource provided after the conference with theme related content, tips, discussion questions and links to additional resources to enhance your learnings, maximize the impact of your conference experience and assist in hosting impactful discussions on conference topics after the event.

Which forms of payment are accepted?

Credit card payment is required at the time of registration.

If you are purchasing three or more corporate tables (of 10) at a time within a single registration transaction, an opportunity to be invoiced will display as a secondary option.

How do I receive my ticket?

Details

In-person conference attendees will check in at registration tables and receive a name badge at the event. No physical ticket will be issued or required.

Virtual attendees will receive login credentials and instructions via email the week before the conference. Attendees are required to use the same email used at the time of registration.

What is the suggested attire?

Details

Business casual. In addition, please know that the temperature inside of the building can fluctuate and it is a great idea to bring a sweater or jacket for layers!

Is space available on-site for nursing mothers?

Details

Yes, of course! We will have ample private stations for nursing mothers with an audio feed of the conference general sessions so you don’t miss out! Refrigeration, power cord access and curtained off spaces will be available for your optimal comfort.

Information on designated rooms and amenities will be shared within attendee communications closer to event day and you can always visit conference resources to be directed.

What is your cancellation policy?

ICAN does not offer refunds for our events. However, you are more than welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague or friend!

Can I purchase more than one virtual ticket?

Virtual blocks can be purchased at any desired capacity between two and 50.

For virtual blocks, ICAN offers the ability to register a set of attendees with the simplicity of a block and single purchase. Block attendees will then register through a custom link provided to individual who purchases the block(s) to claim their reserved spot. View our pricing page to learn more and register.

Will I have access to the virtual platform after the conference?

Yes! All attendees have access to view the recordings of the mainstage speakers and breakout speakers for 45 days after the conference.
