Pricing

The April 22 conference will be held as a hybrid event, with both virtual and in-person attendance options available! The conference content and agenda will be consistent across our in-person and virtual audiences.

For flexibility, companies looking to purchase multiple blocks are welcome to create your own blend of in-person tables and virtual blocks within registration. Each unique block will need to be all virtual or all in-person for planning purposes and ease of coordination for block purchasers.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or price adjustments for our events. If you find you can no longer attend or your circumstances change, you are welcome to offer your registration to a colleague or friend to attend in your place. Please contact icanconference@planitincevents.com if you would like to make a change to your registration.

Virtual Blocks can be purchased at any desired capacity between two and 50. Pricing for a virtual block of five or 10 is provided above purely as an example. 

For virtual blocks, ICAN offers the ability to register a set of attendees with the simplicity of a block and single purchase. Block attendees will then register through a custom link provided to the individual who purchases the block(s) to claim their reserved spot.
