Honor a Leader (Before March 27)

Copy Suggestion: Looking to recognize an impactful leader in your life or career? With a donation of $30 or more to ICAN, your honoree will receive a special message from ICAN and have their name featured at the ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference on April 22.

The deadline to submit a leader for inclusion on the 2026 recognition list is March 27. Learn more and make a donation at ICANleaders.org/honor-a-leader.

  • Jan. 21: Weekly partner reports to begin
  • Jan. 23:
    • Deadline for partners to submit invitee names for Executive Women’s Summit session to julie@icanleaders.org
    • Partner commitment deadline to be included in early bird final promos
  • Week of Jan. 26: ICAN Executive Women’s Summit invitation sent
  • Feb. 4: Early bird pricing ends (in-person only)
  • Feb. 11:
    • Conference scholarship applications open (due March 16)
    • Early bird pricing ends for partners (extended)
    • Scholarship applicants notified during this week
  • Feb. 25:
    • ICAN Leadership Award nomination deadline
    • Partner commitment deadline for inclusion in MBJ special section and media push
  • March 4:
    • Color ad deadline for MBJ (included for Diamond)
    • Partner commitment deadline for co-branded items + inclusion in printed notebook
    • Deadline to share draft of your partner video plan with ICAN (Diamond only)
  • March 18: Partner reception invitations sent
  • March 20:
    • ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference MBJ special edition insert to publish
    • Deadline to defer partner booth to a nonprofit (if applicable/desired)
  • March 23:
    • Exhibit booth registration deadline
    • Partner exhibitor packets due to planit for your booth (if applicable to your level)
  • March 27: Deadline for Honor a Leader submissions for inclusion in conference recognition
  • April 1: Suggested date for use internally to encourage block link registration use
  • April 3: Submission deadline for finalized partner feature video file (Diamond only)
  • April 7:
    • In-person registration closes
    • Block link use deadline + substitution deadline
    • Executive Women’s Summit RSVP/registration deadline
  • April 15:
    • Parking passes distributed to partnership contacts via email
    • Booth locations identified to exhibitors via email
    • Partner reception RSVPs due
    • Week out attendee details email with access to event hub
  • April 17: Virtual registration closes
  • April 21: Private partner reception at Gallup / 5:30 p.m.
  • April 22: Conference day / 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • May 13: Post-conference advocacy committee debrief meeting + celebration (Location TBD)
  • July 24: On-demand conference video recording access ends (90 days)
